I saw a similar tutorial; DIY Candyland Christmas Decorations & Ornaments, that used a marshmallow rope to make a lollipop. When I saw a bag of Marshmallow Twists at Dollar Tree, it reminded me of the tutorial.
Materials needed are Marshmallow Twists, lollipop sticks, Mod Podge, glitter glue, floral foam, and a paintbrush.
I coated the end of the marshmallow twist and one end of a lollipop stick with Mod Podge. Then I carefully pushed the lollipop stick into the marshmallow twist almost all the way to the other end. Next I coated the entire marshmallow twist with ModPodge and stuck it in the floral foam to dry. Once they were all dry I gave them a coat of glitter glue then let them dry overnight. They were still squishy so I let them dry for about a week and they hardened up, but are still fragile.
